Gamblers Help Western is a confidential counselling (problem gambling and financial) service for anybody affected by gambling (including family members, friends, employers). The service is a program of ISIS Primary Care and is funded by the Department of Human Services (Community Support fund of Victoria). To be eligible to access the service you must either live or work in the Western region of Melbourne. All services provided by Gamblers Help are free of charge.

Hours of operation are 9.00-5.00 Monday to Friday. There are limited after hour's appointments available. Staff working within the Gamblers Help program are registered Psychologists, Social Workers or Financial Counsellors.

There service has sites in the following suburbs - Flemington, St Albans, Altona Meadows, Deer Park, Werribee (2 sites), Melton, Footscray (2 sites). & Delahey. There are several bilingual counsellors within the team who speak Vietnamese, Spanish and Arabic. Interpreters are accessed when required. No referral is needed to access any of the Gamblers Help Western Services.
