The ISIS Family Services Program delivers services to the community through The Brimbank Early Intervention Program and The Family Strengths Service.

Family Services

Family Services is a service offered by ISIS Primary Care and auspiced by the Department of Human Services. The aim of the service is to provide in-home support for families who have children aged 0-18 years and live in Brimbank, Hobson's Bay and Whyndham. The family workers can provide families with information, advice, advocacy, and referrals to other services, case management, practical assistance and group work. The service is committed to working with families from culturally diverse backgrounds.
