ISIS Primary Care is the result of an amalgamation of Brimbank, Westgate and Wyndham community health services, and is the largest provider of community health service in the Western Metropolitan Region.

The organization is a unique example of modern primary health care, managing a diverse array of projects from small specialist pilot projects to extensive and sophisticated regional programs.

The Australian Council of Health Care Standards accredited ISIS Primary Care under the EQuIP program with 5 commendations from the ACHS surveyors. Comments were made on the high quality standard of ISIS Primary Care and encouraged us to promote this 'benchmark' in community health to other agencies.
